Magical Thermal Springs

The thermal springs area was absolutely amazing! My family and I enjoyed the layout and variety of pools. The farther you walk, the warmer the water gets, and there are even cold pools to cool off in. The Shangri-La Gardens, exclusive for hotel guests, offered a beautifully serene atmosphere with padded cabanas, making it a perfect place to unwind. It was truly a magical experience!

Delicious Dining Experience

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options! I particularly loved the Gallo Pinto and the selection of fresh juices. For dinner, we opted for their upscale dining room and were blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. Each meal felt like a special occasion, truly very good!

Comfortable and Spacious Room

I stayed in a spacious room that was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The king-sized bed ensured a restful sleep, and the views of the jungle and Arenal volcano were simply amazing. It was a delight to return to such a lovely room after a day of exploring the area.

I had a memorable stay at this resort, surrounded by beautiful hot springs and lush rainforest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a wonderful retreat. However, I found the dining options somewhat limited and would have loved to see more local selections. Staying at this resort was a wonderful experience! The hot springs are truly unique and the atmosphere is serene, making it a perfect escape. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, but the dining experience could use some improvements. I appreciated the lush gardens around the property which add to the beautiful scenery. Be prepared for busy weekends as it can get crowded, especially in the dining areas and hot springs.
